Terms — DopaDrop

By using DopaDrop you agree to these terms. They exist to keep the product safe, fair, and fun. Plain language version below; binding text will be added by counsel before native launch.

Who can use it

You must be at least 13 (16+ in the EEA where required).
One account per person.
If your account gets suspended, don't create another.

What you can do

Play, save, and share drops.
Create drops with our generation tools.
Challenge friends and post your runs.

What you can't do

Generate or share violent, sexual, hateful, or otherwise unsafe content. Our moderation will block obvious cases automatically.
Scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service.
Pretend to be someone else.
Bypass entitlements or rate limits.

Premium

DopaDrop Creator is optional. The core loop — swipe, play, repeat — stays free. Creator exists to support creation and identity, not to gate gameplay. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled; cancel anytime.

Liability

DopaDrop is provided "as is". We try hard to keep it stable but can't guarantee zero downtime. We're not liable for lost streaks if our backend hiccups — although we'll do our best to restore them.
